Design and Preparation for Your Site

You'll meet with a internet consultant on how  to apply your business processes to the Internet.
  • the goals of your site
  • required functionality
  • desired functionality
  • an estimated budget and timeline
At the end of phase one, you'll receive a needs evaluation. The evaluation outlines an application development plan.

II: Planning the functions of your web site.
We'll produce a functional prototype of your site based on the strategies agreed in phase one. The prototype will

outline a navigational scheme
define the site's look and feel
create the foundation of each page
     sketch functionality in detail

Stone Soup CS will host your prototype for on-line approval and testing. You and other members of your company can use the skeleton site to simulate end-user experience. The functional prototype allows you to approve or critique site features before we implement them the application.

III: Development.
SCCS/TICCS development team will apply established design and functionality concepts in this stage. Our team will

create and integrate
any sound and motion
     construct databases and programs
     interface to databases
create and/or edit copy for the web

The development phase produces a finished application—ready for launch.

IV: Final production and publishing.
We'll publish your completed site—first on the Stone Soup CS site as a subsite for testing and then under your domain name. This final phase includes testing and debugging, training and support.

Search Engine Submissions
We submit every site to 15 search engines. Submissions are done manually to ensure accuracy, and we verify search-engine placement after two months.
